Abstract Background Breast cancer is one of the most challenging cancers among women which considered lethal to this date. From time that has been discovered, finding best therapeutic method still an ongoing process. As a novel method, nanomedicine brought vast number materials could versatilely be used as drug carrier. The purpose study develop black pomegranate peel extract loaded with chitosan-coated magnetic nanoparticles treat breast cells. Results morphology and size distribution studied by dynamic light scattering, atomic force microscopy, scanning, transitional electron microscopy showed spherical shape their promising range. Studies Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, zeta sizer confirmed synthesis, substantial crystallinity, potential nanoparticles, satisfactory stability.
